Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport.

●Shipping Fee

• ¥700 flat rate within Japan

• ¥1,200 for Hokkaido, Kagoshima, and Okinawa

●Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days after we receive your request
(excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing times may vary depending on the product and our operational status.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you individually.

●Customs & Duties

Product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.
These charges may be imposed depending on the destination and are the customer’s responsibility.

●Important Notes

・Orders suspected to be for resale purposes, or any order deemed fraudulent at our discretion, may be canceled.

・We do not accept returns or cancellations for customer convenience after an order is confirmed, including accidental purchases.
